ROOMS

Student Residence will fulfil your ideas about comfortable living. Rooms furnished in modern and fresh style will provide you with all the comfort you need during exhausting preparations for exams. A coffee with a friend, relax with a good book or rest after a long party – here you can enjoy everything that is so typical for a student life. Our rooms are normally designed in a two-room (apartment) unit system. In the accommodation (apartment) unit there are located two rooms, a corridor and a bathroom with a toilet. Bathrooms are equipped with shower or bathtub. Rooms are furnished with beds with a storage space, mattresses with hypoallergenic surface and duvets and pillows made of anti-allergic fibres, pillowcases, work desk, chairs, night tables with a drawer, cupboard, wall shelves, cork board and a wall photo. Floors in the rooms are covered with carpets or PVC wood decor. The corridors are equipped with wall hangers and units with balcony also contain shoe cabinets. Each room has a LAN/Ethernet (RJ45) internet connection.

Student Residence is not isolation facility and therfore is not suitable for doing isolation / quarantine.

Student Residence has a limited amount of apartment units that are comprised of private bedroom, private bathroom with a toilet and a small antechamber- SEPARATE ROOM.

TWIN ROOM – two-bed room with separated beds with storage space (optional possibility to combine the beds when accommodating a couple). Bathroom – bathtub/shower. Floor is covered with a carpet/special PVC with wood decor.

TWIN ROOM with balcony - two-bed room with separated beds with storage space (optional possibility to combine the beds when accommodating a couple) with a direct access to a shared balcony where each room has a defined space. Bathroom – bathtub/shower. Floor is covered with a carpet.

SINGLE ROOM – one-bed room or two-bed room occupied by one person. In case there are two beds there is a possibility to combine them. Bathroom – bathtub/shower. Floor is covered with a carpet/special PVC with wood decor.

SINGLE ROOM with balcony - one-bed room or two-bed room occupied by one person with a direct access to a shared balcony where each room has a defined space. In case there are two beds there is a possibility to combine them. Bathroom – bathtub/shower. Floor is covered with a carpet/parquet.

TRIPLE SUITE – separate triple room with own bathroom. Bathroom – bathtub. Floor is covered with a carpet.

Kitchen – spacious kitchen is located on each floor. Kitchen is equipped with induction and / or glass ceramic plates, kettles, microwave ovens, detergents, sponges, wipes, tables and chairs, smart LED TV.
