Our modern students residence facility offers for rent accommodation designed as the 2-room apartment units. The Apartment unit (suite)comprises two independent rooms that share a common hallway and a full bathroom (with a toilet). Each room is furnished with a storage bed, which features bedcovers and sheets as well as hypoallergenic bedding items, such as mattress protectors, blankets, and pillows. Each room also has a desk, chairs, bedside tables with drawers, a wardrobe (closet), wall shelves, cork pinboard and wall photography. In the hallways are clothes panels and in the units with balcony, there are shoe racks. Residence facility offers a limited number of separate rooms that are not part of the apartment unit featuring a private bathroom.Price list valid from October 24, 2024 FOR PERIOD February 2025 – June 2025:

The price for accommodation includes rent and utilities (water, sewage, energy, heating), bed sheets' changing services, and garbage collection. Each resident can use free internet connection. In addition, hotel services (reception, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and cleaning sets) can be used for free of charge.
Prices includes VAT. These prices are valid at the conclusion of the contract for 5 - 10 months.
